"Didn’t help my livestock"
I grabbed this hoping it would help keep predators away from my animals, but honestly... I didn’t notice much difference. We were still having issues at night, so I ended up having to use other methods to protect the livestock. Maybe it works better in some setups, but for my place, it just didn’t really do the job

"Didn’t really feel like the humane solution I expected"
I bought this thinking it would be an easy, humane way to keep nighttime animals out of the yard, but I was kind of confused after using it?? It sounded straightforward, but the experience didn’t really match what I had in mind.

The flashing light felt more irritating than useful, and I kept wondering if it was actually helping or just stressing the animals out. I didn’t feel much better having it on, which was the whole point for me.
Maybe it works better in other yards or for other situations, but for me it just wasn’t worth it. I wouldn’t buy it again.

"Absolutely did not scare the deer"
I’m fully convinced this did nothing. The deer came right in like it wasn’t even there and ate everything anyway. Not even a little bit scared.

"I thought it would be a bit brighter..."
I thought it would be a bit brighter, but at night I could barely tell it was on unless I was really close to it. Maybe it's fine for a small spot or something, but for me it just... didn't really show up the way I expected.

"Just didn’t feel "reliable""
I really wanted this to work, but it kept failing on me. After a while, it got frustrating and just didn’t feel "worth it".

"Bad first impression and the battery doesn’t last"
I bought this for the yard thinking it would be a simple set-it-and-forget-it kind of thing, but it gave me a bad first impression quickly. It seemed okay the first night or two, then the battery started draining way faster than I expected.

I don’t want to be constantly checking or charging something like this, especially when it’s supposed to be convenient. Even after giving it a full charge, it barely made it through the week for me, which was really disappointing.
Maybe mine was just a bad unit, but for the price, I’m not impressed. It ended up being more annoying than helpful, and I wouldn’t buy it again.

"Wish I had bought something sturdier"
I’m kind of regretting this purchase. The plastic feels really thin and flimsy, and I just don’t see it holding up very well outside over time. For what it cost, I thought it would feel a lot more solid. Disappointing overall.

"too Pricey for what you get"
i just don’t think It was worth the money. It ended up costing more than I expected, and the results were kinda underwhelming. felt like I probably could’ve gotten the same thing cheaper somewhere else. I wouldn’t buy it again...

"Didn’t really do anything for my garden"
I bought the Nite Guard lights thinking they might finally help keep the deer and raccoons out of my vegetable patch. I set them up around the fence the way the instructions said, but... I still came out in the morning to chewed-up tomatoes and corn knocked down.

Maybe other people have better luck with them, but they just didn’t work for my yard. I left them up for a few weeks too, so it wasn’t like I only tried them for one night. disappointing and felt like a waste of money.

"Placement guide wasn’t much help"
I followed the placement guide as best I could, hung it at the recommended height, and even moved it twice so it was facing the problem area better. Within a week, I was still dealing with raccoons. Maybe it works for other people, but it didn’t do much for me. if a product depends this much on exact placement, the instructions should be a lot clearer. It feels a bit unfair to sell something with vague guidance and leave customers guessing

"Didn’t feel comfortable using it around my animals"
I got this thinking it might help around my chickens and the pets. Wanted a little peace of mind, honestly. But I just never felt good about it. Didn’t really trust it enough. Every night I was still checking and worrying, which kind of defeats the purpose. Maybe it works fine for other people, but around livestock and pets? I’d rather have something that feels more solid.

"Not available in my area"
I tried signing up, but turns out they don’t cover where I live. Kind of a bummer, especially after spending a bit of time clicking around the site and getting everything started

"Didn’t keep the foxes out"
Just a heads-up for anyone considering this: it didn’t work for me. A fox still managed to get in, so in my experience it wasn’t worth the money. If you’re dealing with predators, I’d suggest looking into a more secure setup before relying on this alone

"Claims didn’t match what I got"
I gave it a try, but it didn’t work for me. What made it more frustrating was feeling like my concerns were being brushed off, like I just didn’t understand it or wasn’t using it right. Maybe it works for some people, but my results didn’t match the claims at all.

"Stopped Working After Getting Wet"
Mine got rained on once, and after that it just stopped working. So basically, a little water was enough to ruin it. I definitely wouldn’t call it weather resistant

"Raccoons figured it out quickly"
At first I thought it was actually helping, maybe for about a week. But after that, the raccoons seemed to get used to it and just went right back to doing their thing like it wasn’t even there. I guess it’s not totally useless, but I can’t say it really solved the problem for me.

"Good at first, but the upkeep wore me down"
I wanted to like it, and there were things about it that worked fine. But having to keep checking the battery got old quickly for me. It wasn’t a total dealbreaker right away, just more maintenance than I really wanted to deal with.

"Raccoons still got in somehow"
I bought this hoping it would finally keep the raccoons out, but they were still getting in every night. Or at least almost every night, I kind of lost track because it felt like I was checking the yard constantly. Either way, it didn’t really make a difference for me, and I wish I hadn’t spent the money...

"Works sometimes, then suddenly doesn’t"
I used Nite Guard through a few different seasons, what a joke. It seemed like it might be doing something during the summer, but once fall and winter rolled around, it was basically useless. Animals were still showing up like nothing had changed. I tried changing the batteries and moving it to different spots, but it didn’t make any real difference. Definitely wouldn’t count on this for year-round protection.

"Never Heard Back"
I emailed them twice about my order and still didn’t get a single response. it’s frustrating and makes me wonder if their customer service is even there to help. Once they’ve got your money, it kind of feels like you’re on your own.
